Step 1: Search for the display group that you are wanting to deactivate content from.
Step 2: Click on the application you want to deactivate content from.
Please note that if you want to make the application as whole inactive from the display group there is a little 'x' button that can be pressed when hovered over the icon. Pressing this will deactivate all content assigned to this display group in the application.
Step 3: Click on the piece of content you want to deactivate. It will open this tab:
Step 4: Press the Display Group tab and search for the Display Group that this content is assigned to. It will have a little tick in the list:
Step 5: Unchecking the tickbox and pressing save will deactivate that individual content from the display group. Alternatively if you want to deactivate multiple pieces of content please see below:
Step 6: Change the view to list view:
Step 7: Select all the content that you want to deactivate.
Step 8: Press the edit button. This will display the list of display groups in your account.
Step 9: Search for the display group you want to deactivate this content from. Uncheck the Tick and press save.
Doing this will remove the content from the display group, however keep it in your library for any future uses.
