How to Factory Reset Low Storage device
This article can be sent to clients if they want to factory reset the device themselves and does not want to send it back.
You will need to have another computer, keyboard and a USB for this.
- You will need to connect a keyboard (wired keyboard works better) to the device on the closest USB port to the HDMI port.
- Unplug the power cable from the device.
- With your keyboard connected, long press the A & B keys on the keyboard and then reconnect the power cable to the device.
- Keep holding A+B keys until the Bootloader Menu comes up (see picture below). If the Enplug logo comes up, try again from step 2.
- Select Factory Data Reset on the menu using arrow keys on your keyboard and enter to select.
- Select confirm.
- Once finished, the bootloader menu will come up. Select continue.
- Connect your device to internet. Plug in the ethernet cable or connect device to wifi.
- connect the device to wifi by pressing Win+Enter on keyboard until side menu comes up
- Connect to you wifi. Press 'esc' to go back on main side menu.

- Download these 3 files to a USB
- Connect USB to the device using the other USB port. Then pull up the side menu by pressing Windows+Enter
- Go to Apps > See all apps > Show system apps > Files
- Press Windows+Tab to select the menus. Select the USB drive. Select the files you downloaded and install. Tick "don't show this again" if a pop up comes up.
