How to Sync a Philips Video Wall
Quick and Easy steps to sync a Philips Video Wall
STEP 1: Locate the Remote

Locate the Philips Remote (identifiable by the Philips logo written at the bottom of the remote)

Hold down the OK button, located in the middle of the remote, to check whether remote is functioning and what mode it is on. This is found by the two flashing light at top of remote.
Flashing Green = Normal Mode

Flashing Red = ID Mode

If the remote is flashing Red above the ID Button then hold the Normal Button until the green LED flashes twice. If the remote flashes green then proceed on.

Check that the remote works with the TV by pressing the home button on remote. If there is no input from the screen then press the power on button and check if the video wall turns on.
STEP 2: Identifying the Screen ID

Press the Home Button on the remote so the On Screen Display shows. Ensure that the home menu opens for at least the Desynced Screen

Navigate to the Setting that says "Monitor ID", this may be in the Configuration settings or the General Settings.

Check the monitor ID number being displayed. You may have to go into the Monitor ID Setting

Once the Monitor ID has been obtained, press the Home button so that the menu is no longer showing on any screen
STEP 3: Setting the ID on the Remote

Hold down the ID button at the top of the remote until it flashes twice.

Hold down the "ID SET" Button at bottom of remote for more than 1 second and until the RED Led at the top of the remote displays a solid red light.

Press the number that the monitor is set to (Example. if Monitor ID = 1 then press 1). Press the Enter button in the bottom right of the remote. The red LED will blink twice and turn off.

To confirm that the ID has been set then press the home button, it should only show on the designated ID set screen.
Step 4: Troubleshoot issue

Press the sources button on the remote control and set it to the correct input (In most cases this is HDMI 1). If the Issue has been resolved then End of Troubleshooting Guide

If the source is set to HDMI1 and no signal message is displaying then check the HDMI Connection to the display. As it is a video wall, it should be accessible from the room behind the screen, identify which screen is having the issue and ensure that the HDMI cable is properly connected into HDMI Slot. If so and issue persists then check the other side of the HDMI cable connected to the previous screen in a daisy chain.
