Adding the Tags:
1. Open your desired Display Group from the Display Groups dropdown.
2. Select the General Info tab.
3. In the "Tags" text field, type whatever tags you would like to use to distinguish your display group. You could tag based on location, content type or audience.
4. After type in your tag, press "Space" to convert it to a new tag. If the tag already exist on another display group it will auto-populate and you can click to add it to your current display group.
6. Once you have added the desired tags, make sure to click the "Save " button to apply your changes
Using Tags:
You can apply the use of tags to easily add content to a group of different display groups that share the same tag. For example, if you have tagged display groups dependent on their location and you want to add content to a certain location this process is much more simple with the use of tags.
1. During the steps to apply content to a display group, search for all tags by clicking the "Tags" button. By clicking on a specific tag you want to filter by it will immediately filter your list of display groups to only ones using that tag.
As shown above, filtering by the tag will display only the display groups that have that tag assigned to them.
2. Now it is much easier to assign the content to these filtered display groups. To do so press the plus icon to next to each display group to assign it to them. Alternatively if you are assigning the content to ALL filtered content you can select all.
3. Ensure you save the changes with the save changes button at the bottom of the page.
