Philips Q-Line Installation Settings

Settings required to be set when installing a Philips Q-Line

When installing the Philips Q-Line screen, there are a few settings that we require to have set. These need to be set so that the screen turns on when required, and to the correct input. These settings also allow Enplug Support to access the TV in the case that any troubleshooting is required.

Setting 1: Switch on State.

  • Switch on State will need to be set to "Force On"

Setting 2: Boot On Source.

  • Boot on Source will need to be set to Input "HDMI 1"

Setting 3: HDMI with One Wire.

  • This allows control over the screen via HDMI connection. This will need to be turned "On".
