Self-Installing our Enplug Player on LG Screen
Prior to beginning, if the screen has previously been used, please factory reset so that you are prompted with the Initial Installation Guide.
- Ensure that it has Data and Power connected to it. Ensure that the IR sensor is also plugged in as required, otherwise the remote will not be picked up by the TV.
- Power on TV, this will prompt the initial installation:
- Set the Time Zone and ensure time is correct, respective of where this is being installed
- When you get prompted with what installation you want to do, do the basic / general install.
- Ensure that the network is connected properly. The screen will prompt a network page, action as required.
- If the screen asks for an installation code proceed to the LG Dashboard steps before proceeding.
LG Connected Care Configuration:
- Once the screen comes up with HDMI 1 and displaying No Signal, press the settings button located on the remote.
- Navigate to the EZ settings
- Locate LG Connected Care and press the OK button (This will open the LG Connected Care App):

- Press Install and await for the Account Number. Please contact Enplug via support@enplug.com.au or +61 342 369 830.
NOTE: The below picture displays Account Number. This will be shown on older models. Newer models will ask for a Installation Number. Proceed with the below steps the exact same regardless of what number it is asking for.
- Enplug Support Team will connect this to the LG Dashboard.
- Once this is successfully connected, our Enplug Support Team will push all required settings to run the Enplug App on your LG Screen.
- This will prompt a Two-Word Passphrase which Enplug Support Team will require to connect to your Enplug Dashboard and run content.
